How to use
RECOMMENDED USAGE LEVEL: Take one tablet twice a day.*
Store with the lid tightly closed, in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Product is required to be stored out of reach of children.
*Not to exceed the stated recommended daily usage. Not recommended for children, pregnant or lactating women, persons sensitive to caffeine. Each tablet contains 82 mg of caffeine, which is approximately the amount of caffeine in a single cup of coffee. Caffeine up to 300 mg per day [i.e., 3 mg per kg of body weight (mg/kg bw)] is permitted for consumption for normal adults. People sensitive to caffeine and anyone with a medical condition should consult with a physician before using this product. This product is not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
